The mission of Cimarron Equine Sanctuary and Center for Learning is to reduce the suffering of abused, abandoned, and neglected horses by providing a lifetime home in a natural herd environment. We are committed to the physical, emotional, and social well-being of these magnificent creatures.
We provide a safe and nurturing environment for horses that have been rescued from abuse and neglect. We believe that horses thrive in a natural herd setting, where they can heal and begin to trust again. We interact with our equine friends with kindness and empathy, while nurturing the body and spirit of horses to heal and expand.
